first know basic rules before getting started. search PRANAYAM-1 in youtube and u wil get video from one of the famous yoga guru in india. this video is really good for beginner.

I aggree with funabisenu, very offensive comments and not yogic at all. If this is how you feel about yoga you shouldn't even be watching yoga videos. Yoga is also about karma so think about that for a bit.
